2. Scope of Services & Engagements

Ami Glass Tech Services specializes in professional engineering, inspection, repair, refurbishment, and preventative maintenance for glass-lined reactors, storage tanks, and PTFE/PFA-lined industrial systems.

• On-Site Inspection: Spark testing, glass thickness testing, visual/microscopic inspection must be coordinated in advance.
• Refurbishment: Repair or glass-lining re-coating services will be subject to custom project schedules and specifications outlined in the quotation.
• Site Access & Safety: For on-site technical services, the client must ensure safe working conditions and provide necessary clearances for our certified engineers.

3. Quotations & Payment Policies

All formal quotes issued by Ami Glass Tech Services are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Payment terms, including advances, milestone payments, and post-service completions, will be detailed in the specific proforma invoices or work orders.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, custom brochures, and technical documentation available on this site, is the exclusive property of Ami Glass Tech Services and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may download materials solely for informational, non-commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ami Glass Tech Services and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of production, data, or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the performance of our physical products, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
